Henrik Mattson is one of Sweden’s leading trend forecasters and known for his spot on predictions of trends before they even happen. His strength lies in the scientific and systematic methodshe applies to the creation of his many trend analyses. As a speaker he keeps the audience both engaged and in high spirits,whilst presenting his visions for the future.

Michael Schragger currently works as the managing director of The Forum for Design and Sustainable Enterprise – FDSE, and is also one of the program leaders for The Sutainable Fashion Academy - SFA. With a background in management and sustainable development, Michael has over the past twelve years helped numerous companies and organizations capitalize on working strategically with environmental and ethical issues.

Maya Saksi is a communication consultant who is well informed with the fashion market’s production, distribution and sale as she monitors the fashion industry from a business perspective. Maya is the former editor-in-chief for the fashion trade magazine Habit and as speaker she gives us her view on this developing market and its opportunities.


Xénia Nedelcoux has a vast experience of working with sustainable fashion on a daily basis and is the spokesperson for Ethos Paris, a thriving French fashion house that produces high-quality garments made from organic materials. Xénia tells the story of a fashion brand where workers are paid a living wage and sustainability and ethical practices form the foundation for their business activities in developing countries.

Daniel Sarabia has more than 20 years of experience of working as an agent within the fashion industry. Daniel strongly believes that fashionable design does not have to compromise ethical and ecological production. His agency Sarabia sell brands like Kuyichi, Edun and Misericordia. Daniel gives us his view of the Swedish fashion industry where he has closely followed the growth and development of modern sustainable fashion.

Nanna Åkerlund is the CEO and one of the two founders of Lodestar – a strategic agency that helps their clients work towards a positive and ethical change in society according to the principle of sustainable development. As a speaker Nanna gives the audience a view on how to put vision into practice and ideas into business when it comes to sustainable positioning and branding.

Johan Magnusson is a blogger and freelance fashion writer, working for magazines such as King and Habit and also Svenska Moderådet (The Swedish Fashion Council). Furthermore he’s a juror for the latter’s competition “Årets Rookie” (“Rookie of the Year”), which every year honours an unestablished fashion designer with a prize. As a compere of The Fashion Forecast Johan will lead the discussion from his objective point of view and with the audience interest in mind.
